The Crosby Commons “Journey of Dreams” offers residents opportunities for personal growth and the fulfillment of individual dreams. Residents are encouraged to submit up to three wishes, goals or desires that they would like to come true. A committee meets to review the wishes and devise a plan to assist in the fulfillment of those wishes.

If you or a loved one has ever had a short-term rehabilitative stay, you know there are lots of questions surrounding services, support and payment. Our panel of experts will offer tips and answer questions to help individuals have a successful experience and discuss support and options for the future.
Learn how to relieve caregiver stress and know your options for the future. The panel includes representatives from Home Care, a Rehabilitation Center and Support Services. A tour of the Wellness Center at Crosby Commons follows this program.

“Coping with the Challenges of a Loved One with Alzheimer’s”
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia is not easy. Education on the disease is an important step toward successfully handling the stresses of being a caregiver.
A representative from the Alzheimer’s Association will offer information, best practices and strategies for caregivers, how to relieve caregiver stress and know your options for the future.
