Staff from Wesley Village Senior Living Community rolled up their sleeves to support two local community events in the Valley: Seymour Pink, a 5k Road Race for breast cancer awareness, and the Seymour Smoke in the Valley Chili and Craft Beer Festival. Dining staff from Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility at Wesley Village, welcomed breast cancer survivors under the “Survivors Tent,” a breakfast station at the 5k race organized by the staff, who also prepared and served muffins, scones, fruit, and hot coffee to race participants.
